  • Digital file setup in Dotloop, DocuSign, Google Workspace, or your preferred platform

  • Creation and completion of brokerage listing files (Open to Close, SkySlope, etc.)

  • Uploading completed documents to brokerage compliance for review

  • Retrieving missing signatures and making corrections under agent guidance

We handle the technical and creative details required to present the property at its best. This includes:

  • Entering and completing the MLS listing

  • Labeling and ordering photographs for optimal visual impact

  • Pricing reflects standard residential transactions

  • Buyer or seller side per file- Dual rep is $700

  • Any adjustments are discussed upfront—no surprises.
